With over 13 years of private and public work experience across Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney holding key management and project roles across each state. Diana has lead teams implementing and managing end to end projects, delivering corporate change, and numerous business strategies driving technical and business efficiencies in Public and Private sectors. Diana joined the ATO EST/ICT department in 2004 providing support on initial planning and implementation of the Change Program and Siebel project. Previously Managing and Leading Projects across each major market segment of the ATO; Operational and Technical teams in OPS, Compliance, Law and Corporate HR and recently within Internal Audit. Diana’s breadth of experience expands to identifying, designing and implementing effective IT solutions, Governance, Assurance and analytical mechanisms for the organisation; inclusive of Recruitment, OH&S, Performance Management, Intern Programs and Executive Reporting Solutions. Diana’s recent focus has been auditing ATO’s IT and Security Environment implementing and embedding the first practices for Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) in the ATO, whilst balancing Performance Auditing practices and business strategies. Diana was offered a secondment to Internal Audit based on her prior experience and was rapidly made permanent. Diana has worked in a wide range of industries expanding her core capabilities over the past 12 years within; corporate service, immigration, construction, facilities management, training, real-estate, defence, sports and event management. Current study: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Government Audit Professional (GGAP) and re-enrolled to complete MBA.
