Curve Trace) and Destructive test (Chemical decapsulation, SEM-EDX)  Good & competitive background in HDD Manufacturing Industry specifically Failure Analysis and Reliability  With extensive experience in 3 levels of HDD Failure Analysis (Surface Level, Deep FA Level and Teardown Level Analysis).  Strong familiarity in different FA Equipment/Processes o SEM-EDX (Scanning Electron Microscope – JEOL) o OSA (Optical Surface Analyzer) 6100 and 7100 models o AFM(Atomic Force Microscopy) o Keyence/High Powered/Optical Microscopes o Curve Trace, Oscilloscopes o CSAM o Grinder / Polisher for Cross Sectioning o Chemical Decapsulation  With Experience in different Reliability monitoring and evaluation procedures o Solderability test o Reflow o Temperature Cycle Test o High Temp Storage Life (HTSL) o Prebake, MSL 1, 2 and 3 o Delamination check o Pressure cooker test / Autoclave o Dimensional check/ Package Construction Analysis o Tin Whisker Growth Test  Familiar with JEDEC Standards used during Failure Analysis and Reliability Testing.  Well-experience in data monitoring and analysis using DXP Spotfire Tool and other data analysis tool.  Experience in ISO9001/14001/TS16949 Auditing  Knowledge in 8D reporting  Experience in TPM-QM(Quality Management) Methodology  Knowledgeable in ISO Standards certifications such as 9001(QMS), 14001(EMS), 27001(ISMS), OHSAS 18001, TS16949, SA8000 and Total Productive Maintenance.  Background in DMAIC Project Implementation  Knowledge SPC, QC Tools, PFMEA and DFMEA  Knowledge in Gauge R and R, Linearity and Bias using Minitab
