Applications Software Technology LLC (AST) was founded in 1995 as a specialized Oracle E-Business Suite systems integrator with the objective of helping customers realize the full potential of their investment in Oracle Applications. It was based on the premise that the success of an enterprise wide system implementation depended on an equal measure of specialization, investment in employees, software expertise, and an in-depth understanding of the industries we serve and a client's unique business processes.

During my extensive work experience of twelve years in the field of Human Resource Management, I have been successfully involved in the complete Employee Life Cycle starting from Induction & Orientation till the Exit formality. I posess great skills when it comes to Employee engagement activities, Grievance handling, Training & development, , etc. Armed with strengths like good communication skills, people orientation & multitasking, I wish to be associated with a dynamic organization which provides optimal learning opportunity for career development and personal growth.
