I have always wanted to lead companies - - and each of my roles, from finance to sales have helped me move closer to that goal. My current and previous roles included Director Strategy, Vice President and General Manager and President. Through a wide range of roles, I have developed a broad background focusing on industrial distribution, technology and large scale manufacturing. I started my career as an analyst with AlliedSignal (now Honeywell International), first in financial planning and then in strategic marketing within a wide range of businesses from electronics to commercial aircraft engines. Dedicated to product innovation and forward-thinking methodologies that push the boundaries of traditional B2B industrial distribution, I try to challenge employees and customers to achieve their highest potential. Linking the product and branding to market and customer needs requires constant learning, leadership and drive to find the next new solution. For me, I lead the business with a simple mantra that whatever advantage we enjoy today is fleeting at best and it’s my role find what comes next to lead my teams to success. As a leader I am comfortable in a wide range of roles, from the boardroom presentation, to building relationships with key customers, to the plant manufacturing floor. I work to translate experience into building high performance teams that allow me to assess obstacles to stalled growth and quickly make tough decisions to drive new product, sales and margin growth.
