I’m working in a position as IT manager responsible for outsourcing of application management (maintenance, support and development) services at ASSA ABLOY’s global IT department. Throughout my over 18 years of IT experience I’ve gathered knowledge and built up leadership skills through different roles and positions such as managing internal IT organizations, running global projects and leading the work to outsource IT services both in the area of infrastructure- and application management.I’ve got the ability of strategic thinking and break-down assignments into structured action plans assessing risks and costs. I’m result oriented and normally invent measurements needed to follow up on progress and the expected result if they are not in place.I’m used to work in a global environment having done extensive travelling in Europe and Asia Pacific and I’m particular strong in managing relations both on the demand and supply side of the IT delivery. Transitioning from projects with an agile business model into normal operations and more structured way of working, requires the ability to handle communication with stakeholders from all areas and levels of a company.I’m well organized and have a worked with adapting standard frameworks in the area of service management (ITIL), project management (Prince2, XLPM), information security (ISO 27001) and line management (Lean, HCHP).Specialties: Service management, IT governance, project management, IT operations, IT architecture, integration, business intelligence, mergers and aqusitions.
