I rescue and transform the IT Team to become oriented towards servicing and caring about our Customers; develop the IT Roadmap together with the Business, lead and collaborate on its implementation to achieve the company strategic objectives. I love challenges, and excel on change and very difficult projects, from coming in to save a failing ERP implementation, to completely convert a demoralized, disfunctionaly IT Team. My specialty is to come and do what others can't or were not able to bring to success. I get into action immediately, and will be hands on to make sure things happen. I will be bold to tell you what works and what doesn't to make quick decisions that will ensure projects get done on time and budget. I use facts to demonstrate the need of action and to make decisions. I will bring Technology solutions that make economica and strategic sense, not the newest or shiniest one. I will work with everyone in my team to make them a better person or help them find a better path if the Company is not. I will work with my peers to team up to have projects led by the business need and therefore supported by the folks that will use the systems.
