I am currently a Brand Manager at Stryker. My short term goal is to learn as much as I can about the process of making and selling medical devices from my sales team, innovation partners, and leadership. My long term goal is to become an informed decision maker who can support and spark innovation in the industry. TECHNICAL SKILLS • Knowledgeable of cGMP in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment • Validation activities including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ) of process changes, capital installation, and machine requalifications • Skilled with Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks. • Proficient with AutoCAD, UGNX5 • Basic programming experience with Wolfram Mathematica and MATLAB • Proficient with Minitab, Statgraphics, and Microsoft Excel for statistical data analysis and modeling • Proficient with MS PowerPoint and Word to generate technical reports and presentations
