I'm responsible for the ongoing strategic development of the healthcare business and manage ASBs Professionals team, that offer market leading solutions to solicitors, accountants , and other professionals. I'm a qualified medical doctor and still practice one day per week. Prior to my career in banking I established Nova Medical Finance - New Zealand's only specialist medical finance company that provides funding to individuals for medical procedures. In my role as Medical Director I was responsible for the long term relationship management of affiliated medical specialists and grew the network to 130 medical affiliates nationwide. Through my medical background I have strong relationships within the healthcare industry and a very clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare businesses. I am particularly adept at bridging the gap between clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and have developed relationships across all levels I'm a Director of The Orthodontic Institute, a specialist orthodontic and dental practice in downtown Auckland that I co-founded in 2014. I regularly DJ (https://soundcloud.com/parry-dj) and have held residencies at a number of Auckland venues, and have played in Las Vegas and Sydney. In 2005 I co-authored Plenty More Fish in the CBD (Random House) - a light-hearted book about dating and relationships - that was one of the biggest NZ releases of that year.
