Scientific Project Leader, Integrated Development Programs Accountable for the scientific management of drug development integrated multi-departmental CMC projects, providing scientific oversight and acts as interface for the client during project execution by leading overall strategy development and facilitating technical problems solving and solutions implementation, working in strictly contact with the operation lines. Responsible to lead scientific matrix project team’s discussion, engaging the team and driving expedite execution of projects, strategy and goals, facilitating multidisciplinary interaction and ensuring smooth interface among different functions providing their contribution to the project. Accountable for proposal preparation particularly for the overall scientific integration in accordance to the scope, for overall costs analysis and for the development of the project plan; acting as scientific interface for the client, applying appropriate scientific solutions to meet client requirements, both scientific and business driven.
