I started my career with a degree in Accounting and an interest in people and what drives them (leading to a minor in Psychology). Little did I know then of the radical transformation that HR would undertake and that both sets of skills would become critical to success. After graduate school, I made the move to HR, have loved every minute of it and am honored to be part of the field's ongoing evolution! I've worked across diverse industries, including high-tech, financial services and health care, in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, and with employees at all levels to design and implement high-impact People solutions that address organizations' most pressing challenges and accelerate success. Utilizing analytics and employee listening, I develop an understanding of the root causes of challenges and use best practices to create innovative solutions at both the global and local level. I'm a proactive, collaborative and passionate leader known for building strong teams.
