I have built & lead a top-notch team of recruiting/hr coordinators (RC’s). One of my main deliverables is setting the direction/strategy of the RC function within Apptio to help support the hiring demand of our growing organization. A passion of mine is optimizing operational processes and looking for ways to deliver a superior candidate experience while delivering a consistent and scalable experience to all stakeholders. As the leader of our RC team I interact with the recruiting team and business leaders across the organization to understand how to best position the RC team to deliver on current and future needs. One if the best parts of my job is owning the hiring and development of the team, including supporting their continued growth within Apptio.
