16 years of operations management experience in aftermarket parts distribution with a total of 30 years of experience in operations/logistics/distribution. I began my career as a clerk releasing orders for what I though would be a short term job as I waited for my criminal justice career to begin and as things progressed and opportunities arose, I became the General Manager for a 358,000 square foot distribution facility. This was a worldwide distribution facility that was three shift and fast paced. I am currently on the market. My experience is across operations, IT, quality (Lean/5S), finance, safety, and establishing a civil work environment where people can be successful.
