APL Logistics provides international, integrated supply chain services in more than 50 countries, including both origin and destination services such as freight consolidation, warehousing and distribution management. Having based in Ho Chi Minh since 2006 as the Director of Logistics managing 160 logistics professionals, I had since returned to Singapore as the Director Operations, ILS Asia, effective from May 2011 onwards. In this role, I am tasked to drive operations initiatives and process improvement to achieve Operations Excellence throughout the Asian origins and flow centers. This include developing new services and programs like transportation services and international logistics services which have experience significant growth. I am also tasked to support our forwarding services and implementating new services in Asia. It has always been my goal to share my experience in Asia and managing logistics/supply chain start up companies, particularly in SEA and China.
