Prior to this Michael worked for NBC News as Vice-President & GM of NBC Digital Publishing where he built a company-wide digital publishing business. At NBC News Michael also held the position of VP Business Development. He led branded digital initiatives across NBC News, Today Show, MSNBC, msnbc.com, Hulu, Weather Channel, Syfy, iVillage, NBCLocal, Bravo and Universal Pictures. He created partnerships with brands such as Apple, Amazon, Google, B&N. Michael developed affiliate programming and built new digital platforms including nbcarchives.com, winner of the CIO100 and Computerworld 100 awards. Before this, Michael was VP Business Process for NBC. He supported strategic projects in Digital Media, Advertising Sales, Marketing & Research, Information Technology, and Operations. Prior to joining NBC, Michael spent 3 years as Senior Director for Global Strategic Services at Cendant Corporation focused on standardizing business/technology planning, interim CIO, outsourcing, finance for $1B in tech spend, restructuring and project mgt. Before Cendant, Michael spent 10 years as a management consultant for Accenture. He worked with Fortune 100 companies on business analysis, technology strategy, large-scale project management and technology solution delivery Education: MA-Harvard,MBA-Columbia, B.E.
