I have 24+ years of experience in software strategy, business process transformation, digital solutions, building, developing and deploying software products and services, working with people and running large software & services business lines across many countries. At this time, I am leading Anglo American's digital transformation and building their data analytics platform, VOXEL, the Vision of Operational Excellence in mining. I am very focused on delivering results. I plan for the long-term and work towards the big picture. I love to develop people and build effective teams that focus on strengthening inherent skills and tackling development areas. In addition to developing business and executing services, I have a deep passion for strategy, process, product creation, product planning, product management and focus on customer workflows. I am able to see the big picture and help communicate a workaround. I am also able to convince large organizations to introduce large, inorganic changes, which are inherently very difficult. I have experience in working with C-level executives within client organizations and introducing complex ideas that traditionally face pushback.
