I have also managed case teams in making convincing and well-supported arguments, constructing rigorous damages models, and evaluating opposing expert’s opinions. My experience includes calculating lost profits and reasonable royalty damages in patent infringement matters; analyzing the price impact, materiality, loss causation and damages in securities fraud matters; examining market environment, defining product and geographical market, assessing market power, and quantifying damages in antitrust cases; evaluating the level of due diligence, materiality of representations, and damages in structured finance transactions; opining on whether putative class members’ economic damages can be determined on a class-wide basis; evaluating the use of experimental studies in a variety of cases; ascertaining whether the alleged false advertisement has caused economic harm to the plaintiff and assessing the magnitude of such harm, if any.
