Jaclyn Piltch is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice. She has a broad range of litigation and appellate experience in matters involving contract disputes, business torts, consumer protection, health care, and other commercial issues. Ms. Piltch also has experience with government investigations and with airport litigation and regulatory compliance. Ms. Piltch has been selected for inclusion in the 2013 – 2016 editions of Massachusetts Super Lawyers – Rising Stars®, which recognizes the top 2.5% of Massachusetts lawyers under 40, for her commercial litigation work. Ms. Piltch is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
