I enjoy every aspect of the on-boarding process from finding the right job for a candidate, being an internal resource while they work for us and doing all that I can to ensure that their experience measures up to or exceeds their expectations. I consider myself a true generalist with experience in the following areas: recruiting/hiring strategy, on-boarding, benefits administration and orientation, and employee relations.From a recruiting standpoint, my specialties include: account management, project management, digital production, and back/front-end development.
