My role as to establish and lead the DIGITAL Product Strategy across our organization. The real value of being digital is to enable our experts to be productive and not "human middleware". This will enable us to have more effective relationships with our customers and carriers and lead our market. Our new digital workplace strategy will enable an agile enterprise that is constructed on the individual needs of our people built upon a solid capability architecture.
