As a pragmatic technologist, proven to be comfortable adapting to a range of roles and environments, I have a record of successfully leading teams of developers under significant constraints, pressures, and changing requirements. I find the challenge of mentoring developers as well as speaking at events and conferences particularly rewarding. Having experienced the product life cycle many times over, I’m comfortable defining an initial solution’s architecture, through to its implementation and delivery. My most recent work has focused on rich web apps with a focus on performance, horizontally scalability and continuous delivery.
