Experienced Human Resources executive passionate about finding ways to improve the delivery of HR through disciplined execution, process redesign and enabling technologies. As a member of the HR Leadership Team I collaborate with the CHRO and peers to set, deliver and report to the board on the HR strategy in support of Allianz’s enterprise wide strategic ambitions. I lead a dynamic team of 50+ highly talented individuals to provide operational excellence across 5 key HR functions (Performance & Reward, Reporting & Analytics, HR Services, Payroll & HR Systems). I challenge each individual to share their ideas and opinions and to continually question the status quo.
