I am a Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong core focus in Contingent Workforce Management (Managed Service Provider / MSP) solutions and a previous extensive background in technology recruitment. Currently as Manager of Recruitment Optimisation and Contingent Workforce at Allianz Australia, I've been brought on-board to develop and implement a contingent workforce framework across the organisation, as well as leading and managing all Optimisation Programs and Risk/Compliance/Governance initiatives of the whole Talent Acquisition function. Prior to this, I worked in contingent workforce lead functions through well-established MSP organisations, working onsite at PwC Australia and NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (NSW DFSI).
