For more than 25 years, I have made human resources management my passion and career and have helped organizations find practical and strategic solutions to a variety of complex HR issues. I have worked in both healthcare and the for-profit sector as a hands-on HR practitioner and bring that real-world experience to my current consulting role. My expertise includes HR management and strategic planning, benefits and compensation, compliance, staffing management, employee relations, 401(k) plan management, policies and procedures development and budget management. I believe it's important to stay current in my field and am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management. I also maintain my Producer's License for Life, Accident and Health and am a Notary Public.As the AVP and Director of our HR Consulting Practice, I work closely with clients of all sizes helping to ensure their health & welfare benefits objectives and goals are achieved in an efficient, compliant and cost effective manner.One of the ways I help support our community is by serving on the Finance Council at St.Thomas More Parish.
