Lisa Kozaris has worked in the Legal Technology industry for more than twelve years and specialises in developing and implementing legal technology strategies within law firm and corporate environments. She is recognised as an expert in delivering cost effective legal technology solutions to clients and has a deep understanding of emerging innovations and technologies within the industry. Lisa is legally qualified and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Certificate of Project Management. She has deep experience in managing and consulting on large scale discovery, regulatory and due diligence matters. This includes scoping and management of electronic discovery matters and regulatory investigations, negotiating electronic exchange protocols for discovery, electronic courtrooms, virtual data rooms, management of third party providers, as well as electronic case preparation and management. Lisa has a broad range of experience across a number of practice areas including Dispute Resolution and Corporate and has significant experience in managing and leading large teams of technical and project management specialists. Lisa has played pivotal roles on a wide range of high profile matters and is a valuable resource to legal teams and clients in meeting the ever changing demands of the industry.
