Martha Jordan has 25 years of professional expertise in research and development in advertising, broadcast media, IT, leadership training and coaching, and client services. She also has knowledge and experience in various industry sectors, including, healthcare, energy, food and beverage, retail, automotive, and consumer package goods. As Vice President of Research and Development of Accendo International, Martha works closely with executive leadership to turn their viable concepts into usable technology by developing the design, layout and formatting of reports and data to determine the most effective method of delivery to companies’ stakeholders. Her role includes serving as a product resource and educator to all staff, clients and business partners. Martha’s extensive background directing and managing research and development teams led her to Clear Channel Communications, where she developed and implemented over 100 online training and certification programs that benefited more than 100,000 participants. Coinciding with her career, Martha is a past charter member of the Scarborough Research Advisory Council, where she collaborated with some of the industry’s top research professionals to exchange information and ideas, speak on panels, and help shape and advance the future of consumer research. In addition to her professional positions, she has acquired certifications, such as The Gallup Organization-Certified Strengths Performance Coach, Creative Resources-Certified Facilitator of Creative Problem Solving, Human Performance Institute’s Power of Full Engagement and Energy for Performance Facilitation, New York University’s Leadership Training and Development, Coaching in the Workplace, and Organizational Change Management and Development courses. Martha has used her creativity to become a published short-story author and she continues to produce writings in the areas of children’s books and personal development.
