Consequently, they're seeking creative leadership that understands the power of data-influenced creativity, believes passionately in the power of innovative thinking and obsesses about the long-term results. I've won Grand Prix Effies and Gold Lions at Cannes for work that's delivered to this. And, have been invited to Chair award show panels off the back of the success you can find detailed in the ‘Honor & Award’ section of my profile. My experience has led to me being tasked with launching three digitally focussed agencies over the past few years, including R/GA Sydney. I'm proud to say that all of them have been successful. I'm also a massive believer in the power of teams – the people with the best people win. But, the best only flourish in the right environment; so fostering collaborative cultures is something I'm passionate about. Lastly, I believe it's important to enjoy what you're doing. The work is always better when you are having fun!
