Summary (15 years of experience including 11 years in Dynamics AX): I have been implementing software for 15 years for different clients. I worked on AX as a developer, consultant, team lead, development lead & technical architect as well. Along with core AX I also worked on AX enterprise portal, integration with 3rd party using AIF, EDI. I have hands on experience on installation, configuration, deployment, upgrade as well. I handled technical team of more than 20 people. Earned experience on Dynamics AX versions 3.0, 4.0, 2009, 2012 and 2012 R3 CU9, CU10 & DYNAMICS AX 7 / DYNAMICS 365 for OPERATIONS as well. I implemented several ISV solutions throughout my Dynamics AX career across domain. To implement Dynamics AX along with Morph, X++, I worked on .Net, C#, Sharepoint, SSRS administration, Biztalk, Web services, WCF, MS Office Integration, Team Foundation Server, AX mobile application, IIS, load balancing, powershell scrip, R3 RETAIL e.g. MPOS, RF warehouse devices, NAV, .Net Application, Banking software, Demandware eComm,WMS/WAX,TRAX etc Role / Responsibilities • Technical Architect • To lead the development • Communication with client, decision making task, to meet dead line of deliverables. • All kind of project related documentation belongs to development lead role. • Pro-actively involve to complete complex development by myself • Project planning & milestone set • Task allocation to team members, coordinate with team members • Review of team members’ work (Technical Design, Development and unit testing) • Daily / Weekly status report to stakeholders • Observation on team members & provide guidance/feedback if required. • Arrange events to encourage team members. • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions. • Participate in asset/tool/utility development • Actively work on RFP and deal shaping. • Playing a subject matter expert role.
