I hold deep experience in business development, strategic development, and the management of commercial, federal, and defense/national security products and services. Having deep experiences with software applications, data analytics, and professional services. I have successfully positioned software applications to address new market segments, specifically into "cloud based" offerings such as SaaS, DaaS and PaaS. Holding over 19 years of sales and leadership success within the US DoD, federal government, and international ministries/governments. I have led the management of multinational teams working together on deployed programs, aided by a charismatic leadership style. Proven ability to: 1) Develop new business, 2) Manage and mature the sales team and the sales process, 3) Move the sales cycle into closure 4) cultivate opportunities in new areas, while extending sales in current customer base (find, hunt, farm). At the core of my experience, is a strong technology base, augmented with extensive sales training. The result is a highly confident sales and operations professional, even with technically deep, focused customers. I have culminated this experience over 19 years of working for international companies with a varied business background, which spans multiple continents. This has allowed me to build an understanding of the challenges and opportunities of foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) companies and the global market.
