My passion is partnering with individuals and leaders to understand their goals, challenges and needs....creating measurable solutions through learning and development vehicles that step change performance and give an organization confidence to deliver. I am currently creating our global learning and development framework at Airswift. Through launching a LMS system to a newly merged company across 57 global locations, to creating and executing training plans across every function of the business, I am blessed with a truly rewarding career. No challenge is too big, together we can achieve anything! My background:Leader with 12 years of consultative sales and management experience, 8 years of workforce solutions and coaching. Starting out as a full desk direct hire recruiter, I quickly fell in love with recruitment. Connecting and understanding people's interests and motivations is fascinating, then introducing them to trustworthy, reliable companies that they can call home is a true reward. I quickly gravitated to working with clients on their workforce needs, both contingent labor and direct staff... understanding their business objectives and partnering with them to develop a solution that relieves their challenges.Over the past three years, I have had the pleasure of teaching others the business that I love! I developed our Academy, designed to educate both new hires and experienced professionals on the fascinating intricacies of our business. It has been rewarding and I have thoroughly enjoyed watching individuals grow in their career.
