For the last 10 years I’ve operated organizations in excess of $1B annually with teams exceeding 5,000 FTEs. My organizations consistently rank amongst the highest in engagement scores and contribute to growing organizational leadership broadly.During my 7 years in Silicon Valley I developed a capability to successfully transplant fast, iterative West Coast IT methods into highly regulated traditional corporations. Through an iterative, agile approach business value can be quickly realized with small teams. A product is quickly delivered, then iterated for short term implementation and business value realization.
