Tom and his team have lead over 100 strategic planning sessions for the top CPA firms all over the US, along with corporations and non-profits.One of his top strategic thinking and collaboration tools is i2a - Insights to Action a strategic thinking system that he co-authored with Gretchen Pisano. The i2a process was customized for Sage in their VIsion to Strategy workshops and the national CPA Horizons 2025 project where Tom and his team engaged thousands of participants in a conversation about the future of the CPA Profession.
