Jennifer Certo is Allegheny Health Network’s Senior Vice President of Patient Experience. In this role, Ms. Certo works with the executive team to ensure that every AHN facility meets patients’ needs and exceeds patients’ expectations, sustaining a culture of service excellence and creating an exceptional customer experience across the organization. Ms. Certo has more than 24 years of experience in the health care industry. She has worked in both payer and provider organizations, as well as in clinical roles. She joined the Highmark Health family in 2014, and since that time she has served in several roles, including Vice President of AHN’s Primary Care Service Line and AHN Vice President of Strategy and Patient Experience. She joined Highmark from Excela Health. Ms. Certo received a B.S. in Social Work (Clinical/Medical Social Work) from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She also serves on the board of the North Side Christian Health Center.
