I am adept at using computer-aided engineering tools to effectively model and simulate product designs and thereby reduce risk in design processes and accelerate development timescales. I use my service engineering expertise to effectively identify root causes of product failures and apply that knowledge backwards to the design and pre-development processes to make genuine improvements and mitigate risks of failures in the field.
