The company's primary owners are Dominion Ventures and Windward Ventures, both located in California. These two firms are well established and have provided valuable direction, capital and business expertise that has enabled AdvancedMD to establish and grow its leadership position in web-based practice management software over the last 5 years. I am particularly skilled at leading and implementing DevOps/Agile transformations. I am considered an expert and industry leader in the areas of DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Agile/Lean, Cloud platforms and infrastructure, as well as driving change and adoption of those technologies. I have a wide range of experience in the software development industry, from large corporations to a variety of start-ups and mid-size companies. Areas of experience include leadership & courage, organizational change, disruptive innovations, technical strategy development and execution, web applications development, operations, embedded systems development, systems engineering, and ISV application development. I have solid, practical technical leadership experience in architecture at scale, cloud technologies, and engineering best practices and methods. I have extensive experience in implementing Agile/Scrum approaches. I have significant experience with outsourcing and offshore development.
