Andrea started in the talent acquisition and recruiting field in 1998. Prior to that, Andrea held management roles in various industries including a technical company and a non-profit agency. In her seventeen+ years of staffing experience, Andrea has held a variety of positions with increasing promotions and responsibilities to Branch Manager, Area Manager and Director. She has held financial and operational responsibility for multiple profit centers showing significant and consistent results. In her current role, in addition to leading the recruitment efforts of 4,000+ annual hires and managing vendor relationships, she has also expanded into Talent Management - supporting OD, Learning and Executive On-boarding initiatives. Throughout her career, Andrea has worked both in contingent staffing and corporate talent acquisition. She has held service and client relations responsibility for several fortune 500 customers and managed business partnerships with C-Suite executives. Her areas of specialty range from high-volume seasonal staffing and vendor management of 4,000+ contract employees annually, to executive search of C-suite level candidates. She has successfully implemented and managed outsourced partnerships such as MSP (Managed Service Provider) and supporting VMS (Vendor Management Software), RPO, ATS (applicant tracking systems), as well as acting as the HR Vendor Manager for all vendor partners - while leading the internal TA function and teams.
