I love my company's annual user conference. The pre-event planning and details are many and stressful, but I get the opportunity to speak to more customers in 8 weeks than I do the whole year. I hear about how they are using our product, the challenges that it addresses and the additional value our users bring to their organizations now that they are not spending all their time focused on tactics. When it is 'go' time, I have the pleasure of meeting our customers in person, learn more about them both professionally and personally and share a few good laughs. It is the highlight of my year.
