Even as a child in Oklahoma City, Reggie Shropshire had the makings of a business coach. Other kids may have cut the neighbors’ lawns for occasional spending money, but Reggie was the only student in middle school with his own printed business cards! After high school, Reggie joined the United States Marine Corps where he was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for his honorable service. A graduate of Campbell University, Reggie made history in his first career with the multi-million dollar company Palm Harbor Homes. He was the youngest General Manager of 140 locations at the age of 25. Years later, a recruiter saw Reggie’s resume and suggested that he had an ideal background for ActionCOACH.
