Sandra C. Ramsey is the Executive Vice President of Finance for Acosta, Inc., a $2 billion sales and marketing agency for major consumer product manufacturers and retailers. She leads the order management, data management and trade promotion deduction management services that Acosta sells to their clients. This function processes over 1 million orders and over $3 Billion of trade promotion deductions in four US locations and an offshore partnership in India annually.Prior to serving as Executive Vice President, Ramsey was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. In this role, she led the finance the three private equity transactions and several private debt offerings. She functioned as the primary contact for the rating agencies and the financial institutions. She joined Acosta as Corporate Controller in February 1998.
