Achieve3000 is a provider of instructional and professional development resources to the K-12 education market. Through its proprietary software engine, the company uses the Internet to deliver differentiated instructional content in a way that allows each user to receive a version of the content that is appropriate for his or her subject-specific skill level, as defined by earlier testing or screening.

A senior leader focused on building scale and bringing efficiencies to the entire organization. Expertise in M&A, strategy, scale, systems, and most importantly collaboration and team leadership. Currently the SVP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Achieve3000, a leading digital education company backed by Insight Venture Partners. Recently played a leadership role in the sale of the company to Platinum Equity / McGraw Hill Education. Prior to joining Achieve3000, Harris co-founded Late Nite Labs (Acquired by Macmillan Publishing - March 2013). He spearheaded and secured the Series A venture investment into Late Nite Labs, helped build out the organization, as well as sourced and managed the sale to Macmillan two years later. While at Macmillan he helped grow Late Nite labs by over 200% in under two years.
