Following graduation from Cornell University (with a degree in Chemistry and Asian Studies) and Albany Law School (J.D., cum laude), I have developed a series of skills that includes effective written and oral advocacy, confidence and competence in managing and conducting complex litigations, and counseling clients to effectively manage risk while protecting their intellectual property and business interests. Since 2014, I have been an Assistant General Counsel in the Legal Department at Time Inc., managing the company's global trademark portfolio, as well as assisting with a variety of intellectual property related issues. I am licensed to practice law in New York state, as well as admitted to appear before several federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I am also registered to prosecute patents before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
