As Senior Director of Product Experience, Ezra Nanes oversees the strategic development and design of AccuWeather’s user experience across the company’s expansive digital products and platforms worldwide, including AccuWeather’s award-winning mobile applications, web properties, and digital partnerships with the world’s leading mobile device manufacturers. Nanes is instrumental in ensuring AccuWeather’s globally-recognized weather information is effectively communicated through digital products. His significant contributions have helped to make AccuWeather the largest and fastest growing weather company in the world, a digital leader that now responds to over 17 billion data requests per day and has surpassed 100 million app installs. Nanes began his career at AccuWeather in 2012 as Product Manager, Mobile Applications. He quickly established himself as an inspiring leader who delivered results, advancing to Senior Director, Digital Media Product. In this role, Nanes mobilized Product Management and Product Design teams to drive rapid global market expansion, capitalizing on dynamic, transformational technology advances to deliver customized, actionable weather experiences across connected devices globally. He also led the creation and rollout of AccuWeather's first cross-platform digital product identity, championing a new level of innovation while inspiring, mentoring, and coaching others.
