I have managed initial public and secondary offerings and closed investment/partnering transactions in diverse markets with small, mid-size and large, global companies, have personal connections with potential investors and US-based investment banks. My background includes a degree in Chemistry, experience as a corporate/transaction attorney, head of corporate finance at a US-based investment bank, partner at a venture capital fund, deputy head of Teva Innovative Ventures as well as CEO of two bio-technology companies.
