Mike Brown is Chief Information Officer for AccentCare, which is a large Private Equity-funded Healthcare firm operating across the U.S. with over 150 offices and 20,000+ employees. AccentCare provides a full spectrum of Homecare services including skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, private duty nursing, personal care, and end-of-life care. Mike serves both as a transformation leader and IT strategist in implementing technologies, processes and organizational capabilities needed to succeed in a rapidly changing healthcare business environment. Mike is migrating AccentCare’s core systems to Cloud platforms that will support needed scalability and provide advanced capabilities at lower costs. Mike is also driving significant advancements in Big Data to enable new models of healthcare payment and delivery as well as introducing mobile technologies to improve performance of healthcare workers and enable improved self-care for patients. Prior to AccentCare Mike served as CIO for multiple billion dollar firms operating in the consumer products, semiconductor and media industries. As CIO Mike has been responsible for leading IT organizations of 250+, budgets exceeding $95 million and has delivered large scale business solutions on a global scale. Mike has significant experience implementing supply chain and service delivery solutions that leverage a variety of technology platforms including SAP & Oracle ERP, EHR, Big Data, mobile, web, social and a numerous cloud-based solutions.
