In 2011, I found a job posting in the local paper for a front desk position at a local IT company. Little did I know that this job would turn into an established career in the IT industry. After spending time at the front desk getting familiar with the company & Cisco as a vendor, I was promoted to Procurement. I spent several years in this department & eventually became Team Lead. I continued to become an expert on all things Cisco & eventually found my true passion in Renewals. I became a Renewals Manager & eventually managed the vendor renewals for the entire company. ABS quickly became my work family, & I spent many years making countless memories I will always cherish. I got to travel to our different offices, meet with customers in person, give trainings to our sales team, & participate in countless events. In 2019, ABS Technology was acquired by ePlus. I joined the Renewals Team as a Renewals Lead focused on SMB & Mid-Market Cisco renewals. I eventually moved up to work on Enterprise Cisco renewals followed by a transition to a role as a Business Development Executive with a focus on Lifecycle Management. I've been in my current role since October of 2020 & enjoy utilizing my expertise to help both our customers & fellow employees. I am grateful to work with so many subject matter experts that have allowed me to continue growing in my career. 13 years of Smartnet & Renewals experience has allowed me to truly add value & make something extremely complicated digestible & easier to manage. I am extremely passionate about what I do & look forward to continuing to grow in my career.
