jessicanaudziunas.com I'm a video + audio media professional with 15 years of experience creating content and leading innovative teams. I use data in a responsible, ethical, and equitable way to make cases for new audiences, opportunities for growth, and identifying trends. In almost all of my roles, I was the first. I've launched brands onto new platforms, been the first in my role at a company, or brought new tools + technology to my team. I have fun in the digital video space and I’m a true first-generation digital storyteller. In 2017, I led the formation of the first Good Morning America digital video team for this legacy show. In 2019, I transitioned to a Managing Editor role at ABC News Digital. I’m also a part-time college level instructor in my free time so that I can pursue (one!) of my dreams to give back to students who have hopes and dreams to practice visual arts. Outside of a good story... at work my favorite things include: 1. solving problems (even if you didn't know they existed) 2. Reframing them as opportunities for growth and experimentation (because that's what it is really about) 3. finding equitable solutions to those problems-turned-opportunities (obvious next step) if the business needs call for it 4. creating workflows to support the solutions that grow the opportunities (stick to your promises) 5. and providing feedback and information that speaks to the problem-opportunity-solution-workflow process. (teach back what you learned so everyone knows how to get there.) In short, I'm a fixer with the heart of a storyteller and I'm using both skills to do really cool things at ABC News.
