Most recently served as CFO of Abacus Insights, Inc., and, prior to that, was CFO of CloudHealth Technologies, which was acquired by VMWare in 2018 for $609m. Co-founded .406 Ventures, an early stage technology venture fund, which raised two funds totaling $342m during my 10-year tenure at the fund, prior to me joining my 406 portfolio company CloudHealth as CFO in 2016. Extensive experience in rapidly growing technology companies, especially software and services businesses. Finance and operational expertise includes scaling finance and IT infrastructure of rapidly growing enterprises, driving successful strategic and IPO exits, managing investor relations, growing human capital, creating high performing cultures, and designing and executing global expansion. Served on the board of 5 public and 13 private companies, leading many to successful exits. Served on both Audit and Finance committees of public companies.
