Over 20 years of experience and success as a leader and manager within the health care industry. Nationally recognized speaker on a variety of management and leadership topics. Currently serving as an association executive in a 50,000-member organization. Direct responsibility in the planning and execution of a 6,000 attendee, city wide educational convention with focus on hotel acquisition and contract negotiation, strategic marketing, and sponsorship/grant acquisition. Other responsibilities relative to the overall performance of the Association include project management, strategic planning, membership recruitment and retention and forming strategic partnerships with AARC Corporate Partners. Also serve as Managing Editor of AARC Times; a professional magazine for respiratory care professionals. Primary responsibilities include content management, clinical article and author selection, as well as final review and approval before the magazine is submitted for publication.
