Experience includes managing customer care, telemarketing, direct mail production, content moderation, anti-fraud, and online marketing efforts across various industries including technology, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Campaigns have ranged from acquisition strategy initiatives, customer loyalty, enhancement services offerings, Hispanic marketing projects, and retention efforts. Expertise driving performance and quality for large customer support and operations organizations and direct marketing campaigns. Recent focus includes defining and executing a clear operational and customer service strategy, managing costs for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, and training and developing employees across all skill levels. Several years of experience launching and managing vendors for telemarketing and direct mail campaigns, developing and executing training initiatives for customer support associates, and driving key performance metrics to meet overall company goals. Experience managing P&Ls, financial management, monthly and annual budgeting exercises, and daily/monthly tracking of cost per sale and cost per acquisition to maximize efficiencies and production.
