Experience includes managing customer care, telemarketing, direct mail production, content moderation, anti-fraud, and online marketing efforts across various industries including technology, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Campaigns have ranged from acquisition strategy initiatives, customer loyalty, enhancement services offerings, Hispanic marketing projects, and retention efforts. Expertise driving performance and quality for large customer support and operations organizations and direct marketing campaigns. Recent focus includes defining and executing a clear operational and customer service strategy, managing costs for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, and training and developing employees across all skill levels.
