Additionally, I have led global teams up to 1200, driven M&A activities, and accelerated the development of flagship digital products. I have also played a pivotal role in turning organizations from net loss to net positive EBIDTA. At the enterprise level, I drove NikeID's transformation from a limited in-store offering to web/mobile experiences, resulting in a 170% increase in sales in two years while also leading Nike’s first migration to Cloud. I also led the launch of ZoomCare's telehealth platforms, pioneering the first-ever text-based care platform. Additionally, I was an early adopter of AI/ML technologies, leveraging them to develop innovative data science solutions for predicting health outcomes.
