Practice lean manufacturing processes, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Poka-Yoke applied to continuous flow or focused / cell manufacturing, while establishing key metrics to accurately measure and improve yields, takt times, inventory accuracy, and product quality. Considerable experience in maintaining regulatory compliant facilities and equipment per many domestic and international requirements such as ITAR, OSHA, FDA, UL, FCC, DTI, IPC, CE, ETSI, & MIL-STD. Responsible for the quality and reliability of manufactured equipment as well as implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 and 13485 Quality Management Systems.
